Each dish prepared by Chef Victoria is a journey that shares the story of our land through the language of food and hospitality.
Chef Victoria Currie-Girard comes to the Breakwater Inn and Spa in Kennebunkport with over a decade of experience. A classically French trained chef and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Cambridge, MA in 2009, Victoria also spent time continuing her learning in French Restaurants. Having enjoyed a robust career in upscale weddings on the North Shore of Massachusetts, and most recently at a prominent Piano Bar in Southern Maine, Victoria is excited to join the culinary community here in Kennebunkport!
Victoria’s food philosophy is centered around healing from within and the support of local farms. Victoria keeps Holistic and Plant Based, as well as Farm-to-Table foods, at the core of her approach. She is passionate about how food can nurture and heal both physically and emotionally.
