Oyster Shucking Class

Have you ever wanted to learn how to shuck oysters? Executive Chef Trustan Hamilton has created a class to learn the perfect technique for shucking oysters.  All materials will be provided including sauces and garnishes!  We will even send you home with recipe cards to make them at home.  Happy Hour food and drinks will be available for purchase.

 

$60 per person includes one dozen oysters and two drink pairings
